Sometimes, you need some inspiration when you are creating cards.  I haven’t entered a challenge for a long time, so decided to give Color INKspiration located on Facebook.  THe colors to use are all Stampin’ Up!, however, you do not need to use the exact  colors if you don’t have them  Something close will do.

In case you can’t read the colors, they are: Petal Pink, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock, and Blueberry Bushel.

You Can Create It

• Card Base – Blueberry Bushel cut 5-1/2″ x 8-1/3″ scored and folded at 4-1/4″.
• Layer 2 is a piece of the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper.  I love this paper, and find myself using it more and more.  While it does not have the exact colours from the palette, the colours are so muted that they make a good substitute.
• The third layer is the embossed oval using the Heirloom Frames Dies & 3-D Embossing Folder. First, use the oval die and cut the oval from Blueberry Bushel.  Once the oval is cut, put it in the 3-D embossing folder.  Line up the cardstock so that the embossing will fit around the oval.  To make sure the the lineup is perfect, use a bit of washi tape to hold the paper in place.
• Next, cut the oval with a scalloped oval from the Layering Oval Die.  Stamp the saying from the The Floral Essence stamp set with VersaMark.  Heat emboss with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  Attach the oval inside the embossed oval frame.
• Place 3 pearls under the Sentiment.  Use the 5/8″ Organdy Striped Ribbon, tie a bow and place on the bottom of the scalloped oval. Stamp the daisy from Daisy Lane with Terracotta Tile ink on a scrap of Whisper White.  Fussy cut the daisy and sponge the petals with Terracotta Tile ink.  Use the So Saffron Dark Blend and colour the daisy center. Stamp 2 leaves with Pretty Peacock and fussy cut those as well.  Arrange behind daisy and adhere with adhesive.
• Attach using to the center of the with Glue Dots.
