Create the Card
- Use the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine and the the Scalloped Contours Dies (largest) to cut the Basic Gray panel. Attach to card front with Dimensionals.
- Emboss the Fresh Freesia panel with the Pretty Flowers Emboss Folder.
- Stamp the smaller flower bunch from the stamp set on Basic White with Tuxedo Black ink..
- Using the almost dried Wink of Stella brush, pick up Green Garden ink from the ink pad and paint the leaves. Do the same with the large flowers using Fresh Freesia ink pad and the tiny flowers using Petal Pink ink pad. You will now have a glitter effect on the flowers.
- Die cut the greenery sprigs from Garden Green cardstock with the leaf die cuts from the Flowers of Home Dies. Use die that matches the flower bouquet and die cut the flowers.
- Attach the greenery sprigs behind the flowers with Liquid Glue and attach to embossed Fresh Freesia panel with Dimensionals. Adhere the panel to the printed woodgrain DSP (Designer Series Paper),
- Cut a strip of DSP (3″ x 7/8″) and stamp the sentiment with Basic Gray ink. Quickly heat emboss with Clear Emboss Powder and heat gun. Cut each end of strip with the die cut from the Seasonal Layers Dies.
- Thread ribbon under the sentiment and through the cuts. Attach ends to the back of DSP panel with Tear & Tape, and the ribbon with Glue Dots.
- Attach 2 white Classic Mat Dots to either end of the sentiment strip.
Don’t forget the inside of your card.
Stamp a sentiment with Basic Gray ink on the Basic White panel and attach to the inside of the card.
