A Few Details
Using the Layering Squares Framelits with the Big Shot makes the creating a shaker card very easy. Cut a frame by nexting a large framelit and a smaller framelit. The size of the frame will depend on the size differences between the 2 framelits.
Cut the window sheet with the large layering square framelit that is used to cut the frame above.
If you choose, you can select a background for the sequins and cut that square the same size as the window sheet. For the background, I chose the paper with the candles.
Attach the shaker background to the card, and pile the sequins in the middle of the background. Attach the window sheet to the frame with glue dots. Add Foam Adhesive Stripes around the Window Sheet underside. Try not to get any sequins against the Foam Adhesive Stripes. If you do, the sequins will not shake freely. Attach the window sheet to the background paper.
Finally, complete the remainder of the card with different elements in the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set.
