Save Our Oceans for the Creatures that Live There
Save our Oceans for generations to come and Saturday, June 8th is designated World Ocean Day! Save our Oceans is an important mantra as we strive to maintain a food supply for the creatures from the deep and for us humans here on earth. While, there is some work being done to rehabilitate our oceans, more needs to be done.
We are responsible for, and, the guardians of, living things on our planet. I witnessed the debris in the ocean a few years ago while on a cruise through the Panama Canal. As we went further south, the volume of floating plastics was getting greater. Hopefully, people will come to understand the important contribution that the oceans makes in our lives.
