Happy Easter with Refresh, Renew and Rejoice
Happy Easter
Spring is due to arrive on Saturday and soon we will have a happy Easter. Easter comes on a different date each year. Do you know how to calculate when Easter comes every year?
This is a rhyme that I learned years ago.
Easter is the first Sunday after the first full moon after March 21st. So, the only thing you need to know is when is the first full moon after March 21st. It just may be easier to look it up on the internet. Oh well, just another piece of trivia.
I am slowly getting ready and I went out today and bought the Happy Easter goodies for my Grandchildren. Not a lot off goodies as they seem to accumulate lots from the Easter Bunny.
The card share today is another take on the Indescribable Gift. I changed up a few things from the last post – colors, layout, etc.
Recipe
Stamps: Indescribable Gift, Papillon Potpourri.
Ink/Markers: Tuxedo Black, Wisteria Wonder Ink and Blendabilities, Wild Wasabi Blendabilities, Crumb Cake Blendabilities.
Paper: Whisper White, Wisteria Wonder, Wild Wasabi.
Accessories: Big Shot, Ovals Collection Framelits, Fancy Fan Embossing Folder, Whisper White 5/8” Satin Ribbon, Tea Lace Paper Doily, Pearl Jewels, Bitty Butterfly Punch.
I am still bemoaning the loss of the Blendabilities line. To see why Stampin’ Up! discontinued the line effective immediately, please refer to my post HERE.
I guess I will just have to “Keep Calm and Watercolor On”. Did you know that coloring is good for you?
Watch for my next post as I tell you the reasons that as adults, coloring is good for us.
In the meantime, it’s time to start those Easter projects so that you can wish others a Happy Easter.
