Happy Anniversary – 69 Years And Going Strong – WOW
Happy Anniversary to My Mom and Dad
I would like to wish my Mom and Dad a Happy Anniversary today. They have been married for 69 years. What a milestone!
We, as a family, are so grateful to have our parents, who are also grandparents and great-grandparents able to celebrate this milestone. Lloyd and I were celebrated with them yesterday to give them our wishes.
This is the card that I created for this Happy Anniversary.
Recipe
Stamps: Bloom with Hope, Memorable Moments, I Love Lace.
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Pear Pizzazz, VersaMark, Blendabilities: Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, and Pumpkin Pie.
Paper: Blackberry Bliss, Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White, Color Me Autumn DSP.
Accessories: Big Shot, Project Life Cards & Labels Thinlets, Clear Embossing Powder, Linen Thread, Pear Pizzazz 1/4” Cotton Ribbon, Very Vintage Designer Buttons, White Gel Pen, Pearl Jewels.
To create a subtle background for this card. I stamped the I Love Lace stamp set, inked with Versamark on the Pear Pizzazz card base. The Clear Embossing Powder was sprinkled over the image and heat set.
The flowers were coloured with the Blendabilities, and the white Gel Pen was used to add some interest around the flower stamen. The pizzazz came from 2 pearls that were coloured with Pumpkin Pie Blendabilities and applied to the middle of the flower.
Enjoy the day Mom and Dad and Happy Anniversary.
Karen what a lovely card and how lucky you are to be able to send it! Holy Moly…. 69 years! hugs.
