Give a Thanksgiving Card
Give a Thanksgiving Card to Family and Friends
Create a Thanksgiving card to give to family and friends to show that you are grateful to have them. In Canada, Thanksgiving is about 2 weeks away and it’s the landscape around us is turning to those brilliant reds, green and gold of Fall. The sun is still shining which is wonderful and it is cooling off in the evenings and warming up during the day. Not too warm though, I think I may have to get a pair of socks on my feet.
With Thanksgiving coming soon, guess what is not too far behind! Did you guess Christmas? Having said that, are you on my mailing list? On Monday, September 30th, I will be announcing a special FREE GIFT to subscribers on my mailing list. You will need to get on my mailing list to receive this gift. Stay tuned for more information coming Monday.
Now that I have your attention, let’s get to the “Give a Thanksgiving card” to family and friends. What better time to thank those who are close to us and are committed to us throughout the year. These people support us, love us and go beyond the call of duty for us. So to say thanks for all they do is important to them.
The card I am sharing today is stamped with the Truly Grateful stamp from the 2013 Holiday Catalogue. This stamp set has 4 images and 2 sentiments that will look beautiful on a card. Although the sentiments are geared towards Thanksgiving, the images could be used for all sorts of different themed card. How about pairing the birch wood grain background stamp with the deer image from the Holiday catalogue to giving a woodsy feel to a Christmas card.
You could pair the wheat sheaf with a wedding card as it has a symbolic connotation of old age and a fruitful life. These are a couple of ideas to get added value from your stamp set.
