Here’s The Fine Points with Cutting Measurements
Cardstock:
Sahara Sand – 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ score at 4-1/4″ and fold, scraps.
Very Vanilla – 2-3/4″ x 3-1/2″ – for sentiment, scraps for flower.
Noble Peacock Foil Sheets (Pretty Peacock) – 4″ x 5″
2019-2021 In Color Designer Series Paper (Pretty Peacock Script) 4″ x 5-1/4″.
5/8″ Woven Threads Trim – 5-1/4″
Now that you have everything measured and cut, let’s put it together.
- Die cut the Pretty Peacock Foil with the Heirloom oval die. Emboss with the Heirloom oval embossing folder. (watch video below) .
- Stamp sentiment with Pretty Peacock ink on Very Vanilla cs. Try to stamp closer to the top so that the flower will not cover the saying. See Photo. Use Multi-purpose glue to attach to back of the frame.
- Stamp the twig with Pretty Peacock ink using the First Frost stamp set on the scrap of Sarah Sand cs. Use the Die from the Frosted Bouquet Dies and cut the twig.
- With the Magnolia Memory Dies cut 2 sets of large flowers and 2 sets of smaller flowers from Very Vanilla. Sponge the tips of the flowers with Crumb Cake ink and sponge dauber. Use the Bone Folder to curl the petals. Layer the petals offsetting to build the flowers. Punch a circle from Early Espresso cs with the 3/4″ Circle punch. Attach 1 Perennial Essence Floral Center to the Early Espresso circle and attach to the center of the flower.
- There is a fringe on the Woven Heirloom Trim. To free the fringe, pull the cord joining them together. Use the cord on another project.
- Attach the fringe to the bottom of the DSP and then attach to the card base and the frame to the DSP overlapping the trim. Secure the twig to the left hand side of frame with Glue Dots. Finally attach the flower to the bottom left hand side of the frame.
- Stamp a sentiment on the inside and you are DONE!.
