Bluebird Sings Her Song of Spring
Bluebird Sings Her Song
When the bluebird sings her song, it’s a sign that Spring is coming. The song , “I Heard the Bluebirds Sing” was first made popular by the Jim Brown and his sister Maxine and Bonnie in 1957. Since that time, several artists made the song popular.
When I saw the Petal Palette stamp set and matching Petals & More Thinlits Dies, they reminded me of bluebirds. And, birds are a sign of spring is on its way. In fact, this morning when I was outside, I good hear the birds tweeting even though we have about 3″ of snow on the ground. I keep reminding myself that spring is going to spring soon.
The stamp set and thinlits are part of the Petal Passion Suite. I see many possibilities with this set. The sentiments are ideals for wedding, thank you and congratulation cards. The Petal Passion Designer Series Paper uses hand painted watercolour designs in shades of black and white. Now, if you like to colour, then this DSP is for you. You can use Blends, Brayers, Markers, Watercolor Pencils to create your own color background. In addition, the suite has the Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folders so that you can add dimension to your cards.
