Bee Mine Card Recipe
Supplies:
Stamps: Be My Valentine.
Ink: Daffodil Delight, Tuxedo Black, Petal Pink, Sweet Sorbet.
Paper: Sweet Sorbet 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ (card base), 4-3/4″ x 3-1/4″, Party Pool 4″ x 2-3/4″, Petal Pink ( scraps), Basic White (4″ x 5-1/4″ . scraps), Be Mine Designer Series Paper (DSP) 4″ x 5-1/4″.
Accessories:Sweet Sorbet 1/4″ Bordered Ribbon (5″), Adhesive Backed Hearts and Flowers.
Tools: Bee Builder Punch, Scallop Contour Dies, Stylish Shape Dies.
Basic Supplies: Paper Trimmer, Bone folder, Paper Snips, Take Your Tool Pick, Stampin’ SEAL+, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots.
Instructions:
- Cut the Sweet Sorbet card base and the panel of DSP and attach to card base.
- With the Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine and Scallop Contour Dies, cut the Sweet Sorbet panel with the 3rd largest scallop die. and the Pool Party cs with the 4th largest scallop die.
- Stamp the Petal Pink cs with the Petal Pink ink.and the wing stamps.
- Stamp the Bee’s body with Daffodil Ink on Basic White CS.
- Use the Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the bee;s strips, the face and the antena. Stamp the antena once you have placed the die cut pieces on the Pool Party panel.
- Attach the Sweet Sorbet panel on the DSP with adhesive, and the Pool Party panel at an angle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment on a scrap of Basic White with Sweet Sorbet ink and die cut with Stylish Shapes square die.
- Attach the Bee’s wings to the back of the body with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Attach the Sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals .
- Tie a small bow with the Sweet Sorbet Bordered Ribbon and attach to the left top of the sentiment.
- Attach a variety of the adhesive Backed Hearts and Flowers to the card front.
- Card Inside: stamp a flower and stem on the Basic White panel, attach a strip of DSP to the bottom of the panel and attach to the inside.
This is an amazing cute set which can be used for more than a Valentine card.
