Are Three Cupcakes Better Than One?
Three Cupcakes For Your Birthday
One cupcake for you birthday is yummy, three cupcakes is extra yummy. While these three cupcakes are not real, they certainly look exquisite.
Create the cupcakes using the Sweet Cupcake stamp set and the Cupcake Cutout Framelits. They look so real, that you can almost taste the frosting. You create the cupcakes by using the triple stamp technique. There are 3 stamps for the top of the cupcake and 3 for the bottom.
The bottom of the cupcake is stamped in Tip Top Taupe, Soft Suede and Crumb Cake. What is really fun about multiple step stamping is that you can let your imagination go wild and use ink colors that express your creativity.
My inspiration for the colours came from the Playful Palette DSP Stack. There are 48 sheets of paper in each stack with 4 sheets of 12 designs. How often have you cut into a 12″ x 12″ DSP when you only needed a strip. Because the sheets are 6″ x 6″, it’s less painful to cut a small piece.
Cupcakes always seem to taste better when they have sprinkles on the frosting. Create the sprinkles by randomly applying glue from the Liquid Glue Pen and sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds glitter. WOW!
