Mom Happy Birthday Wishes
Mom, Happy Birthday Wishes Today
I am sending Mom Happy Birthday wishes. My Mom’s birthday is today and she is 89 years young and still going strong. Yes, there is a little more white hair, and maybe the hearing isn’t so good, and the steps a little slower, but to reach 89 is a milestone to be celebrated.
I created this Birthday card using some of the new products from the 2014 Occasions Catalogue which will go live January 2nd. While I can’t show you the actual products, I can show you the projects made from the new products.
This 2014 Occasions catalogue is going to knock your socks off!! Lovingggggg it!!!
If you ordered from me in the past year, you will receive your catalogue in the mail during the month of December. However, even if you haven’t ordered, you can still have a catalogue delivered to you, please contact me.
So here is the card!!!
Recipe for Mom Happy Birthday Wishes
Stamps: Flower Shop (c – 130942 w- 130939, p94 2013/14 Annual Catalogue), Simply Sketched (c – 129672 w- 129669, p205 2013/14 Annual Catalogue – Hostess Reward).
Paper: Whisper White, Gold Foil, Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum, Velum.
Ink: Black Stazon.
Accessories: Big Shot, Framed Tulips Embossing Folder, Needlepoint Border Embossing Folder, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Pansy Punch, Bird Builder Punch, Rhinestone Jewels, Gold Sequin Trim.
Just a few tips to go along with the card
- The flowers are stamped on plain velum with Black Stazon and allowed to dry and then punched out with the matching Pansy Punch.
- Whisper White card stock is also punched using the Pansy Punch and mounted behind the vellum flower. This treatment will give your flower more stability.
- To attach the Designer Vellum to the card stock, put adhesive on the large gold dots, this will help to hide the adhesive.
- The Gold Sequin trim can be separated and used one at a time…these are mounted in the center of the flower and a Rhinestone Jewel placed on top of the sequin.
If you need any of the products to complete this project, contact me.
