A wow Happy Birthday Card, created with the Hand-Penned bundle, sends a wonderful message.    This past week, 3 friends and I got together to celebrate our birthdays.  We haven’t seen one another since last October.

Many restrictions are lifted and life is making it’s way back to normal.  As all of us had out 2 doses of vaccine, we decided to celebrate all our birthdays at one time. We waited for the 2 weeks to have full immunity.  YEH!!!.

Paper: Basic White, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper,

Cutting Measurements

• Basic White: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ , score at 4-1/4″, fold and burnish with Bone Folder, 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ for flowers, scrap for sentiment.
• Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper –  1-1/2″ x 5-1/2″.
• Pool Party:  3-1/2″ x 5-1/2″.
• Daffodil Delight – 3-3/4″ x 5-1/2″.
• White 1/4″ Seam Binding Crinkled Ribbon – 8-1/2″.

The How’s and Ways to Create It

• Stamp the flower bouquet with Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White. Color, using the Stampin’ Blends and die cut with the matching Penned Flowers Dies,
• On the card inside, attach the strip of DSP.  Align the edges.
• Line up the curved die from the Basic Border Dies on the card base (white).  Make sure that only the DSP will show when the card is closed.
• Do the same with the Daffodil Delight cardstock panel.  Make sure that the white card base is  showing about 1/2″. Line up the Pool Party cardstock panel, making sure that the Daffodil Delight cs shows about 1/2′  See picture above.
•  Adhere the Daffodil Delight panel to the  card base and the Pool Party panel to the Daffodil Delight.  Make sure that all layers line up at the folded edge.
• Stamp the sentiment on Basic White cs with Bumblebee ink and punch with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.
• Color the Crinkled Ribbon with a Stampin’ Blend (Dark). Loop and attach to the back of the flower bouquet. Attach to card front.
• Adhere the sentiment to card front with Dimensionals.
• Color 2 Pearls with Daffodil Delight (Dark) Stampin’ Blend.
