How to Cope with Stay at Home order
These certainly are trying times with the Covid Virus continuing to bombard us and and causing untold devastation to our lives.
Yes, we in a trying times right now and it’s necessary to keep up our spirits for our sake as well as those around us. There is much togetherness it you have a family and they live in the same house, or perhaps, you are the only one in your home…that’s not much fun.
It is necessary to keep reaching out to others, whether it’s through a virtual get together, or a phone call, or having a conversation with a neighbor outside (remember to social distance), or going for a walk.
Passing the time, can be hard for some people. Especially if they are used to an active life…going here, going there and if you have children, being involved in their many activities.I
I would like to suggest a couple of things that you could do to pass the time. Do you have a hobby or craft that you like to do, or maybe you would like to learn a new one.
