Practice Positive Thoughts and Affirmations They Lift Your Spirits
Do you practice positive thoughts and affirmations? Our well being is so important these days. I know I find a great deal of negativity in the world today. I have a nickname for them…Debbie Downers.
It seems as though there are people who go through life miserable and tend to make others feel miserable. We need to start with ourselves. We must fix the unhappiness within, if we hope to encourage others to fix their unhappy feelings and they way they conduct themselves.
There are many ways to achieve positivity. One way to start is to repeat affirmations out loud and in front of a mirror.. You eyes will see you speaking and your ears will hear you repeating these thoughts.
Here are some that you can start with:
- I learn from my mistakes….mistakes are a source of opportunity.
- I can accomplish anything that I set my mind too.
- I turn opportunities into learning opportunities…
- I believe that everything works out for the best.
These are only a few that you can use to have a positive life. There are many more on the internet…GOOGLE: Positive Affirmations.
Here’s a card to send to someone who needs to be lifted up!
