Say “Merry Christmas from the Snow People” to those on your Christmas Card List.  And, it’s so easy to create the 2 snowman and 1 snow girl.  Just use your scissors and fussy cut the images from the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper.

The texture in this card comes from the Embossed Whisper White panel. Use an Embossing Machine and the Winter Knit Embossing Folder to create the texture. The rest of the texture comes from the images.  When you get this DSP home, some of the sheets have a glittery coating on the images to make them look snowy.

Use your paper snips to cut on these images for the card front.  You don’t have to be exact when fussing cutting, as a bit of the blue around the snow people give a drop shadow appearance.  If you tuck the snow people under the Real Red banner, then you will hide their feet.

Additional texture comes from the Real Red Glimmer paper that is peeking out from the embossed panel.

Finally, the last bit of texture comes from the Embossed “Merry Christmas” sentiment.

Snow People Card Recipe

Stamp Set: Snowman Season.

Ink: VersaMark.

Paper: Whisper White, Coastal Cabana, Let It Snow DSP, Real Red, Real Red Glimmer,

Accessories: Die Cutting & Embossing Machine, Winter Knit 3D Embossing Folder, Snowman Builder Punch, Banner Triple Punch, White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, Whisper White Baker’s Twine, Paper Snips.

Paper Measurements:

Card base – Coastal Cabana – 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored and folded st 4-1/4″.

Let It Snow DSP – 5-1/4″ x 4″ – attach to card base. Fussy cut 3 snow people of your choosing for the focal images.

Real Red Glimmer Paper – 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ attach to the DSP.

Whisper White: 3-1/2″ x 4-1/2″.  Emboss and attach to the glimmer paper.

Sentiment: Real Red 1″ x 5″

Stamp a greeting on a 4″ x 5-1/4″ Whisper White panel and attach to the inside of the card.

Cut of piece of Real Red cardstock for the sentiment. Stamp a saying on Real Red Cardstock with VersaMark and use the Banner Triple Punch to make the flag. Heat emboss with White Stampin’ Emboss Folder.

Cut a length of Whisper White Baker’s Twine, tie in a bow and attach to the sentiment panel.
