Bundling Stamp Sets
Why is bundling stamp sets such a good idea? First, let me explain how bundling works.
Stampin’ Up! started to bundles products a few catalogues ago and they are a hit with stampers. In this year’s Annual Catalogue, there are 23 different bundles. Bundles come with clear and wood mounted stamps or photopolymer stamps with framelits, thinlits, punches or Textured Impressions Embossing Folders. No matter which bundled set you choose, you will be thrilled with your purchase, as the bundles are discounted 10%. In this case, the sum of the parts is more than the whole.
Today, I am showcasing the Floral Phrases stamp set and the Detailed Floral Thinlits Dies.
Stamps: Floral Phrases, Rose Wonder.
Ink/Markers: Delightful Dijon, Night of Navy.
Paper: Whisper White Thick, Whisper White, Night of Navy, Delightful Dijon, Floral Boutique DSP.
Accessories: Big Shot, Detailed Floral Thinlits, Rose Garden Thinlits, Night of Navy Solid Baker’s Twine, Pearl Jewel.
Stamping a mirror image adds variety to a card. To do this technique, stamp the image in one direction, reverse the stamp and stamp the image again. This is possible with this stamp because it is symmetrical, that is, the image is the same on both sides.
The smaller thinlit is die cut from Night of Navy and the border is created using the smallest thinlit at the curvy end. To continue the design, leave a space between the two thinlits.
The Floral Phrases stamp set is very versatile. THere are numerous sentiments to choose for the card front and coordinating verses for the card’s inside.
